Stephanie Sibbio is a Certified Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP) and Holistic Nutritionist (CNP) specializing in fitness & nutrition coaching for new and expecting moms.  

She has been working with the perinatal population for almost a decade, and has just recently given birth to a baby girl.  

She believes that functional fitness and holistic health (a diet rich in whole foods and supplemental support) are key to thriving when it comes to conception, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery.
